Job Summary:

The Senior Operation Executive / Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, and managing security personnel. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to handle client relationships to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations Management

Oversee and coordinate security guard deployments across various client sites.

Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, rostering, and site inspections.

Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure all security procedures are followed.

Implement security protocols, emergency response plans, and SOPs.

Monitor incident reports and take appropriate action to resolve security issues.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their security needs are met.

Conduct regular client visits to assess service quality and address concerns.

Work closely with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when required.

Ensure client satisfaction and assist in contract renewals or service expansion.

Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring discipline and performance standards.

Conduct training programs to enhance the skills of security guards.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of security staff.

Address grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Ensure all security operations comply with Malaysian laws, including Private Agencies Act 1971 and other relevant regulations.

Keep updated with licensing requirements, insurance policies, and industry best practices.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting for legal and regulatory compliance.

5. Administration & Reporting

Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance evaluations.

Monitor operational budgets and control costs related to manpower and logistics.

Utilize security management software or reporting tools to track operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations or other operations, preferably in a security services company.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of security technology, surveillance systems, and risk assessment.

Ability to handle emergency situations and crisis management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Proficiency: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, preferMANDARIN SPEAKER as need to liaise with the client. (additional languages are an advantage, Nepal language).

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel to different sites.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Experience in handling foreigner working roster will be an advantage.

Fluent in Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.

Experience in Security industry will be an advantage.
