Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, process control, inventory control, waste control, ensure product quality, delivery on time, and cost control/budget.
• Lead and manage operation team (Warehouse & Production) to ensure smooth production processes and operations in the plant.
• Oversee and manage effective production planning across all production operations to ensure optimal production yield while minimizing wastage.
• Plan tanker / cargo loading and unloading.
• Manage maintenance of plant machinery & equipment.
• Ensure good manufacturing practices and housekeeping practices (5S) are carried out at all times.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management to achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor, maintain and ensure product stock inventory including daily cycle count, reconciling discrepancy and stock adjustment.
• Lead monthly physical stock-take activities.
• Manage and balance control of stock level for demand & supplies to avoid overstocking.
• Maintain timely and accurate inventory records in the inventory management system (including excel spreadsheets or other records).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
