This position is responsible for declaring shipments via the ALDEC system based on Customer Company status and in adherence to the Royal Malaysian Customs Act.

  1. Verify, check, and validate all shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and airway bills (AWB) to ensure accuracy in quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
  2. Ensure that accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system, including correct quantities, customs coding, clauses, and other relevant details.
  3. Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment has been declared.
  4. Attend customs refresher training sessions, if applicable.
  5. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
  6. Note that job responsibilities are subject to change and may be revised as necessary.
  7. Minimum SPM qualification with three (3) years of working experience in the logistics industry or a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  8. Knowledge of the Customs management system would be an advantage.
  9. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
