Job summary

Celestica Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee NPI initiatives in Senai, Johor. You will manage multiple high-visibility programs, coordinate global teams, and drive program plans from initiation to delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, 10 years in PM/manufacturing, and expertise in NPI and program management. Malaysian work location with a focus on budget, scope, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent combination of education and NPI program experience.
10 years of relevant experience in project management, marketing or manufacturing.
Must have skills: NPI knowledge or program management knowledge.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing NPI projects.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and delegate tasks to the project team.
Track project performance across phase gates and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Lead cross-functional, global core teams and drive program meetings.
