Job description

Operational Support and Maintenance

Provide day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and administration of Data Center Network components, including Cisco ACI/Nexus/Catalyst/Routers/SDWAN, Huawei Switches/Routers, F5 GTM/LTM, Brocade Switches, and Gigamon across RHB Group's entities (Bank, Islamic, Insurance, Investment Bank, and Regional Country). Ensure network stability, security, and performance.

Network Administration and Monitoring

Assist in performing network administration tasks such as installation, configuration, patch management, and monitoring using network management tools under the guidance of the Technical Lead/Superior. Aim to maintain optimal network health and uptime as per SLA/OLA (99.96%) requirements.

Incident Resolution and Troubleshooting

Support incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and manage problems to minimize service disruptions and maintain network availability. Escalate complex issues to the Technical Lead/Superior when necessary.

Collaboration and Support

Work closely with the Technical Lead/Superior to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Data Center Network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with technical standards and best practices.

Continuous Improvement and Compliance

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, security policies, and regulatory standards.
