With 2–7 years of hands-on .NET experience and proficiency in C#, you will work with ReactJS and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Independent work and SME growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–7 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Intermediate proficiency in C# programming.
• Experience working with ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of application development lifecycle.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Develop innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with project goals
• Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas and technical solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application quality and performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve work-related technical issues
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices
