Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience as a System Analyst in banking, treasury, or capital markets.
• Hands-on experience with Murex Front Office modules.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle management, treasury, and Front Office trading processes.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 environments.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements for Front Office and Back Office initiatives within the Murex platform.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable system solutions.
• Design, configure, enhance, and support Murex Front Office applications and processes.
• Partner with traders, operations, technology teams, and project stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, functional testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through effective root cause analysis and problem management.
• Support integration activities between Murex and upstream/downstream systems.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process workflows, and support materials.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and change management processes.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and operational best practices.
