Senior Member of Technical Staff (MTS) in Product Development Engineering will serve as a technical leader, driving the definition, verification, and optimization of full-chip test methodologies and on-chip DFT (Design-for-Test) strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring technical excellence, fostering innovation, and aligning engineering outcomes with business objectives. It requires deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire junior engineers while orchestrating seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10‑15 years of experience in semiconductor product development, with a track record of leading complex projects from concept to production.
Proven experience in DFT (Design‑for‑Test), full‑chip test methodologies, and silicon validation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with demonstrated success in resolving complex technical challenges.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative, high‑performance teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
Passion for driving technical innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes.
