The Job Responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Design and develop the highest quality software.

- Continuously optimize our software to be more performant at scale.

- Maintain architectural principals and coding standards across the code and project lifecycles.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues.

- Ensure end to end system is tested, using unit or integration testing frameworks where appropriate.

- Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Cooperate and work together with the team to ensure quality and timely product delivery.

- Deep understanding in version control.

On the other hand, the Job Requirements of this position are:

- Minimum of 4+ years of previous mobile development experience.

- Demonstrated experience working with Flutter.

- Experience in native mobile development of Android and iOS is a plus.

- Experience with scalable, API based agent or service-oriented software architecture.

- Exposure to UI/UX principles.

- Extreme attention to detail with a focus on Quality Assurance (QA).

- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable and proactive.

- Write clear, maintainable code, concise design docs, and resilient tests.

- Self-driven, take complete ownership of your tasks and champion efforts to drive solutions.

- Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

- Professionalism regarding time management and deadlines.
