Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join their product development team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will support the full software development lifecycle while producing functional mobile applications using clean, well-documented code.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years in mobile development. Familiarity with Ionic framework, Agile methodologies, and strong analytical skills are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our product development team. If you are an experienced software/mobile application developer with a strong background in data-driven applications, who enjoys challenging, fast-paced projects in a well-known FMCG industry, we’re looking for you!

Key Responsibility

• Support the entire software development lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, well-documented code
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Mobile Development in a production capacity
• Ensure design is robust, extensible and reusable
• Mobile-specific functionality such as location, push notifications, camera interaction, and cross-app interaction
• Experience with Ionic cross-platform framework using Typescript(language) and Angular (UI)
• Knowledge of UX and UI. Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Knowledge of backend web services technology such API & JSON
• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in SQL, Git, DevOps and Azure cloud environment
• Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies
• Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment
