Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Malaysia (Kulim) seeks an IT professional to join the FX/MFG 4.0 Solution Portfolio. You will apply business systems analysis within the Manufactory domain, lead data conversion, regression testing, and develop specifications to train, implement, and support business processes.

Requires 5+ years in MES/WMS, ERP integration (Oracle/SAP), and strong project coordination; English fluency required; Mandarin a plus; travel domestically and internationally expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
5+ years in MES/WMS implementations or full lifecycle deployments.
Experience with ERP integration (Oracle/SAP) and MES/WMS interfaces.
Project coordination across multi-site software rollouts; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certs are advantageous.
English proficiency (written and spoken); Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead design and rollout of global MES/WMS solutions from a business process and digital solution perspective.
Translate business objectives into requirements and functional specifications; assist testing and training.
Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and regression testing across MES/WMS implementations.
Support end-to-end lifecycle for patches, upgrades, and new functionality.
