Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Lead Business Systems Architect in Malaysia to own the MES landscape, translating manufacturing needs into end-to-end MES designs. You will collaborate with business leaders and the Factory Automation team to ensure stable, scalable MES solutions across equipment, SAP and reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in MES, 3+ years in a lead/architect capacity, and strong C#/.NET Core expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
10+ years MES development and support in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a lead/architect role.
Camstar / OpsCenter MES experience including API and data models.
End-to-end MES design and integration across equipment, MES, SAP and reporting.
Expert-level skills in C#, .NET Core, Web Services and Windows Services.
Strong SQL knowledge and databases such as Oracle or SQL Server; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end MES architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Translate requirements into MES designs and partner with Factory Automation.
Oversee MES operations, integrations and sustainment for stability and availability.
Shape MES roadmap and drive continuous improvement of MES systems.
Define integration architecture, standards and best practices.
Act as authority in Web Services, Camstar API and .NET Core development.
Lead resolution of critical MES issues with root-cause analysis and CAPA.
Share knowledge and mentor team members.
