Job description

Primary Function:
  1. Assist Business Unit Head with all sales-related matters, including territory management (MYOP).
  2. Deliver account strategy, tactics, and investment proposals to drive patient access, customer access, and sales targets.
  3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business growth within the defined territory.
  4. Master account and territory stakeholder networks to implement relevant pricing/access programs in partnership with customers.
  5. Regularly evaluate and report updated market and competitor information to management.
  6. Coach and lead junior medical representatives.
  7. Manage key strategic accounts within restructured hospitals and private specialist clinics.
  8. Strategize and align business plans, and execute marketing activities within the territory.
  9. Ensure timely documentation and communication of market AE reports to the PV manager.
Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
  2. Increase product market share in respective territories.
  3. Maintain high levels of product and business environment knowledge.
  4. Utilize effective selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  5. Monitor market trends through customer contact and industry events.
  6. Identify and target key physicians and healthcare professionals, maintaining relationships and negotiating concessions.
  7. Plan field activities based on customer segmentation and targeting principles.
  8. Analyze territory and customer data, including doctor call reports and territory spend.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and keep the key prescriber data bank updated.
  10. Assess customer needs and advise on product applications accordingly.
  11. Report on sales, activities, and territory performance as required.
  12. Discuss personal goals and performance with your manager biannually.
  13. Follow up promptly on planned activities.
  14. Maintain positivity, self-motivation, and encourage team members.
