Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience (Bachelor) or 3–6 years with a Master.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems engineering, design & integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience during assembly, testing or commissioning.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine mechanical components, assemblies and subsystems.
• Integrate mechanical systems with electrical, controls and software.
• Own sizing and selection of components to meet performance and safety.
• Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, specs, and documentation.
• Plan and conduct testing, qualification, FAT, and production readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Support product transfer and manufacturing readiness.
• Lead design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
