Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair European vehicles (Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, etc.)
• Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and software
• Lead and guide junior mechanics/technicians in daily operations
• Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets company and customer standards
• Conduct preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, and complex repairs
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive repair (European cars preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise a team
• Technical certification or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical field is an advantage
