Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Material Planner to translate demand into actionable material plans, ensuring readiness for production, NBM, and NPI. You will manage cross-functional coordination across Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Production, Warehouse and Quality, while leading improvement initiatives to optimize planning visibility and reduce risk.

Responsibilities include monitoring material availability, planning for second-source materials, and maintaining accurate master data and BOM

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to independently manage material readiness, supply constraints, inventory exposure and cross-functional action plans.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management and functional-leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse planning data and present clear management updates.

Responsibilities

Translate demand into an executable material plan and ensure material readiness for production and NBM/NPI demands.
Identify and lead process improvements to enhance planning visibility, control and efficiency.
Manage inventory by reviewing excess, ageing, blocking, slow-moving and shelf-life materials.
