Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Planner II to join our Penang operations.

The candidate will plan and schedule materials to support production, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain accurate data to ensure timely deliveries. This role is based in Malaysia and follows a standard Monday to Friday workweek. The ideal candidate has a Diploma with several years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Mathematics / Materials / Industrial Engineering with 2+ years' experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Willingness to handle paperwork and system updates
• Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers' delivery commits
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Program and Warehouse for on-time delivery
• Maintain systems data and ensure correct input of purchase parts and fabrication parts
• Identify production bottlenecks and develop contingency plans
• Renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and coordinate with suppliers
• Execute materials planning and purchasing for production fulfillment
• Review reports daily with purchasing department
• Coordinate with quality engineers on non-conforming materials
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings for updates and communication
• Generate management reports and other tasks as assigned by Superior

Education
