Job summary

Elsa Talent seeks an experienced Material Coordinator to manage project materials, equipment and consumables from planning through delivery, storage, usage and final reconciliation, ensuring availability at the right place and time while meeting project and HSE requirements.

The role involves SAP MM, warehouse coordination, expediting, stock control, and collaboration with PMT, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, QA/QC, HSE and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation for

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or diploma in supply chain/logistics or related field.
Minimum eight years of progressive experience in material coordination/warehousing/expediting or project supply chain.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP for goods receipt/issue/stock transfer/service-entry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain material control plans, status reports and mobilisation/demobilisation trackers.
Review material requirements and stock availability to identify shortages and long-lead items.
Raise Purchase Requests in SAP and monitor PR-to-PO/SO process with Procurement and Project teams.
Coordinate receiving, documentation and transfer of materials per client requirements.
Execute SAP material transactions (GR/GRN, GI, GT, service entry, stock transfer) and ensure records match documentation.
