Job description

Responsibilities

Develop department strategic plans and oversee the daily operations of PMC & Warehouse to ensure smooth functioning.

Formulate and implement strategies for production and material control.

Supervise all production activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and monitor the demand status of each product model based on the current build plan as well as projections for the next three months to one year.

Review daily inventory status to determine whether outgoing shipments are reasonable and promptly adjust PMC/Warehouse supply activities according to changes in customer demand.

Manage material preparation plans, handle unexpected issues and ensure proper control and monitoring of warehouse processes including receiving, issuing and shipping to make sure all tasks are completed on time.

Establish and implement departmental KPIs to ensure targets for on-time delivery can be achieved such as identify root causes of issues arising in production or warehouse operations, develop corresponding countermeasures, follow up on improvements, conduct training and guide colleagues in exploring new methods or solutions for continuous improvement.
