Senior Material Planning Analyst - Senai

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Material Planning Analyst located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Maintain materials/purchasing data, supply data, and information for production departments.
  • Coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create/maintain outsourced parts schedules.
  • Assist in auditing data for accuracy and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts.
  • Prepare recommendations for management based on data research.
  • Collect, compile, and present various data types.
  • Create and maintain databases for data collection.
  • Audit data and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues related to metrics.
  • Suggest process and communication improvements.
  • Track materials' financial performance and initiate corrective actions.
  • Review RMA transactions daily.
  • Create weekly purchase orders for all client parts.
  • Update content list and item master.
  • Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairs.
  • Manage supply windows for client material (consolidated parts) and bulk RMA services.
  • Perform specialized duties such as inventory control, supply chain management, and material planning as required.
  • Develop commodity spend profiles and guide time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution.
  • Establish pricing research tools and provide detailed bill of materials research.
  • Conduct supplier scorecarding activities and validate site pricing through cost review processes.
  • Assist in supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.
  • Provide PPV tracking, asset velocity, and research tool management.

The experience we’re looking for:

  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
