Job Description

Plan and develop effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve the IUTA KPIs in Unit Trust.

• Manage and enhance ongoing relationships with IUTAs for UT sales.
• Conduct and participate in IUTA product training, workshops, seminars, roadshows, market chats, and tea talks to strengthen business relationships.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to IUTA branches to update products and encourage sales.
• Gather and report market intelligence on market trends, competitors' products, and other relevant market information to supervisors.
• Foster excellent rapport with IUTA for better support on business.
• Communicate and report performance progress to supervisors.
• Motivate and work closely with team members to achieve desired results.
• Provide professional assistance and guidance to junior managers to achieve targets.
