Job description

Conduct market analysis and prepare business reports, alongside developing effective promotional plans.

Create and innovate campaigns that respond to market needs, including discounts, coupons, rebates, free samples, and loyalty programs to support market share growth.

Align and implement marketing initiatives nationwide, focusing on promoting products to retailers and distributors through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to distributors and outlet frontliners.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as third‑party vendors, advertising/creative agencies, and healthcare/medical associations.

Provide support for additional projects as required.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Proven hands‑on experience in planning and executing marketing activities, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer device industries. Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is an added advantage.

Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). A self‑starter who is well‑organized, demonstrates creative thinking, and possesses solid negotiation skills.
