Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Executive(s) at INCONTECH (www.incontechgroup.com) play an important role in shaping and executing the company’s BRAND (FMCG & VITAMIN) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This position requires a dynamic individual with a blend of creative, analytical, and organisational skills to manage a diverse range of marketing activities.
Position Available: 3 Positions
Salary Range: RM 5000 - RM 7000
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning and Implementation:
- Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality materials.
- Social Media Planning and Operations:
- Develop platform-specific strategies (FB, IG, TikTok, XHS, YouTube, Community Forums, Blogs).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content posting and community management.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.
- Paid Media Management:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan and manage TV, Radio, and other media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
- Influencer/KOL Planning and Execution:
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and KOLs to promote INCONTECH products.
- Coordinate campaigns and monitor their effectiveness (KPI Goals, Timeline).
- Maintain relationships with influencers to foster ongoing collaborations.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery.
- Evaluate campaign success and implement improvements for future initiatives.
- Marketing Collaterals Development:
- Design and produce marketing collaterals, including brochures, POSM materials, promotional items, product briefs, and data sheets.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product benefits.
- Manage translation and localization of materials for different markets as needed.
- Event Management:
- Organize and manage events such as exhibitions, training sessions, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful events.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to assess performance.
- Track Budget vs Actual.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the dietary supplement or health and wellness industry.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
