Collaborate with real estate agents, advertising agencies, and strategic partners to boost property sales and enhance market positioning.
Manage customer databases, maintain sales galleries and show units, and coordinate property award submissions to strengthen brand credibility and buyer engagement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, providing data-driven post-campaign reports to optimize future real estate marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Property Development/Real Estate industry.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
