Job description

We are looking for candidates who have a strong track record of planning, coordinating, and executing 360-integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives. This includes budget management and target tracking.

Candidates typically need at least 2-3 years of experience in data-driven marketing roles supporting decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns effectively.

The marketing team manages multiple brands, so adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach are valuable assets.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Designing and executing strategic campaigns from concept to delivery, including media planning, demand generation, and budget management.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making real-time optimizations.
  • Managing budgets to ensure media investments align with priorities.
  • Reporting and analyzing campaign data to improve future initiatives.
  • Collaborating with creative, media, and event teams to produce high-quality outputs.

Must-have skills:

  • Ability to work independently and think strategically on smaller initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the marketing mix, including leveraging various channels for brand activation.
  • Understanding of the Malaysia market, consumer insights, and media landscape.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of using data to inform campaigns.
  • Resourcefulness and creativity in developing marketing creative.
  • Driven, challenge-seeking attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese/Malay is a plus.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
