We’re hiring a Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to lead campaigns across social media, paid ads, live commerce, and e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on driving brand awareness and conversions through strategic, data-driven marketing.
Job Requirements
Key responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms, focusing on A/B testing, targeting, and ROI optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Dashboard, and Google Analytics; deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with media agencies on campaign planning, budget forecasting, invoice management, and reporting.
- Align campaign content with e-commerce platforms and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and support sales objectives.
Social Media & Content Management
- Lead daily content planning, publishing, and scheduling across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of seasonal and campaign-based content.
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement through product education, storytelling, and trend-based formats.
- Coordinate visuals and messaging to ensure brand consistency across social channels.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Development
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., with Koperasi, AM2U) to enhance brand reach and unlock new customer segments.
- Co-create value propositions and collaborative initiatives that bene it both parties and align with the company’s brand positioning.
- Lead business development activities focused on market expansion, new channel entry, and service diversiication.
- Work cross-functionally with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with broader business objectives and execution timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and any relevant social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia, English, and capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning for digital marketing campaigns, demonstrating an understanding of ROI and performance metrics.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development in digital marketing.
