Job Description:

1. Develop and plan marketing strategies/campaigns for our clients.
2. Generate relevant reports to evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaigns.
3. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to update marketing materials when necessary.
4. Initiate digital marketing campaigns for the company that include writing and proofreading creative materials, maintaining websites, and analyzing data from digital marketing reporting.
5. Contribute to the strategic process/thinking, suggesting new service offerings and improvements.
6. Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing techniques and channels.

Management Role:

1. Support and assist the CMO in the formulation and implementation of the marketing plan.
2. Lead a small team in managing assigned marketing campaigns effectively from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.
3. Act as a point of escalation for queries from the marketing team and other colleagues, escalating critical items promptly to the CMO.
4. Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines, including writing, editing, and proofreading copy, as well as briefing and directing designers, copywriters, and printers.

Salary: 6000~8000 (RM)

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Preferably candidates with 3-4 years of working experience in marketing, digital marketing field, or equivalent.
3. Good communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Skills in Email Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Growth Hacking, Mixpanel, Flurry, Split testing, etc. would be a bonus.
5. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
