Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Marketing Executive with a strong B2B marketing background to join us. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to take ownership of key marketing initiatives. The focus will be on account-based marketing, content strategy, LinkedIn engagement, and demand generation. You’ll play a pivotal role in communicating the unique value WORQ brings to businesses through flexible office solutions.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with business audiences, generate high-quality leads, and drive long-term customer growth. You will embrace WORQ’s core value of accountability and ownership by owning your role while also standing for the larger goal of WORQ’s mission. You'll stay customer-obsessed, knowing our clients' needs intimately, and empower our community by serving both paying and non-paying customers with the same level of dedication.

Job Scope:

Plan and execute B2B-focused, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to promote WORQ’s coworking and flexible office solutions across digital platforms including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website content.

Collaborate closely with sales, community, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with customer journeys, space utilization, and product launches across WORQ locations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, inform campaign strategy, and tailor content to specific B2B audience segments.

Develop engaging content that communicates the value of flexible workspaces — highlighting how WORQ supports business agility, community building, and cost efficiency.

Manage editorial calendars and content schedules to maintain a consistent flow of targeted materials that nurture leads and support the sales funnel.

Oversee social media marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn, to build relationships with key accounts, increase brand awareness, and drive demand generation.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and audience engagement metrics, using insights to optimize content and improve lead generation effectiveness.

Support PR, events, and community initiatives that strengthen WORQ’s brand as a leader in the flexible workspace industry.

Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as required to support overall business growth.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Candidate to possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, real estate, professional services, or tech

Proven experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on expertise in account-based marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Strong understanding of demand generation and lead generation principles and best practices.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a marketing platform to engage business audiences.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret market research and campaign data.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

Bonus point to have:

Experience in real estate marketing or business journalism

Understanding of product development and product management principles

Working knowledge of creative tools like Canva, Figma, or CMS platforms
