Join Our Team as a Property Marketing Executive/Senior Executive!

Are you passionate about real estate and creative marketing? We're looking for a dynamic individual to take charge of driving impactful marketing initiatives across our property portfolio. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting strategic marketing plans, conducting market research and analysis, leading property launches, and elevating our brand through compelling campaigns and public relations efforts. From pricing strategies to promotions and advertising, you'll play a key role in shaping how our properties are seen and experienced in the market.

This job opportunity is available across both regions in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute marketing strategic plan towards achieving marketing objectives and sales targets.
  • Liase with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals e.g. traditional and digital advertisements, brochures, sales kits etc. Check and ensure all information provided/displayed in marketing collaterals are accurate.
  • Identify high growth and market opportunities and drive marketing priorities for the business unit and assess our capabilities (products, offerings, enablement, route-to-market).
  • Explore new channels of marketing & sales to support current marketing strategies and to expand marketing reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Analyse and provide actionable marketing strategy and recommendations.
  • Interpret market data to identify and propose key value proposition and enhancement to be incorporated into packaging and new development of product.
  • Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
  • Monitor and support REA in all sales related matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree specialized in Marketing / Business Administration or any equivalent discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in marketing and sales within the property development/ real estate industry.
  • Knowledge on authority approvals / procedures and well versed in property sales process is preferable.
  • Must be highly driven and results-oriented with a strong commitment to perform duties well and achieve set targets.
  • Excellent people management skills in leadership, motivation and communication in a fast-paced environment
