Responsibilities:
- Perform project management and business analysis related to the pricing function across APAC region.
- Lead or participate in managing and supporting pricing projects with analytical support.
- Establish and track project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to apply correct business assumptions for optimal revenue and financial returns.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Brands, and Legal on communication plans.
- Create reports and dashboards for post-project evaluation.
- Review and improve current pricing project processes for efficiency through automation and policy updates.
- Work with global pricing teams on project implementation.
- Manage short-term tactical and strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure own deliverables are met, proactively resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in pricing or financial analysis, preferably in air cargo transportation. Project management experience is advantageous. Candidates with less experience but relevant scope may be considered for a junior role.
- Proficiency in SQL is required. Skills in VBA, Power BI, Databricks, or AI tools are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and precise in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong accountability, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical info into business solutions.
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Capable of prioritizing and multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner of systems and processes.
- Willing to participate in conference calls across multiple time zones (e.g., AU, EU, US).
- Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills; able to work with international teams.
