Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to design and supervise SOPs, address raw material issues, and drive in-process quality control across projects.

You will develop quality documents, track process improvement plans, and lead scrap reduction while ensuring compliance with TE's global quality standards and supporting customer audits and cross-functional teams from design through production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; maintain/update quality engineering work instructions to ensure procedures align with QS and global standards.
• Involve in customer audits, implement procedures and facilitate other departments to close actions on time and meet product/process requirements.

Job Overview

1.Design and supervise the execution of standard of procedure, analyze and identify raw material issues, control the in-process quality activities, develop quality engineering documents, develop and track assigned process quality improvement plans and handle customer complaints.
2. Role of the owner on type I/II project which went through mass production and lite/micro-lite project.
3. Role of support and review type I/II project from G3 to G5.
with the objective of meeting the quality requirement within TE Dongguan's quality standards.
4.Lead overall scrap control and improvement for the responsible project/product.
