Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management.
• Experience in operational process control, system implementation, and new process transfer into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, elevate product quality, maximize yield, and drive operational efficiency.
• Design and implement robust process monitoring frameworks and KPIs to enable proactive risk management and foster continuous improvement.
• Spearhead the integration of new processes and systems into operations, ensuring product quality standards and business delivery commitments.
