Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Must have good or corrected eyesight to ensure quality of work.
• Strong practical technical ability.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production staff to ensure high-quality outputs and safe environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist manufacturing engineer in solving production constraints.
• Support production through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze and improve existing equipment and processes as assigned.
