Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Materials Science and Engineering with strong materials background.
• Experience in semiconductor or thin‑film manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex process work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and follow up sputter start-up/conversion activities and documentation.
• Audit sputter parameters and online SPC to ensure conformance.
• Lead sputter process issues troubleshooting with shift teams to improve yield and quality.
• Drive sputter process improvement projects including new products and qualifications.
• Supervise and coach process techs and technicians; share PMR/DS knowledge.
• Monitor sputter parameters and machine start-up; support new product qualifications.
• Collaborate with yield teams to achieve yield and process stability goals.
