Job summary

Michael Page in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager for Test Engineering to lead a high-performing Test Development Engineering team and define departmental goals, metrics, and roadmaps. Qualifications

• 11 to 14 years of relevant experience in Test Development Engineering, or related SMT manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineers/teams and Strong knowledge in automated test equipment (ATE).
• Experience in test hardware and software development.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, Six Sigma, and failure analysis techniques.
• Good to have Python and LabView.
• Understanding of product validation, qualification, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in testing.
