Due to market growth, they're looking for a Talent Management Senior Manager to drive their people development agenda.

Your new role
As a Talent Management Senior Manager, you'll be overseeing the people development agenda from Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Development. You'll be leading and driving people's initiatives to identify learning gaps and meet the company's learning requirements. You'll be working directly with GM of HR and C-suites to design and develop a talent management framework, succession planning for the organisation. You'll also have the opportunity to propose, design, and implement a leadership development framework. You'll also have the opportunity to deal and work with senior stakeholders and own the development agenda.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' of experience in a Talent Management related role.
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, resilient, independent learner.
• Great team player, able to work in a lean team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with great verbal and written communication in English.
• Comfortable to work as an individual contributor role.
