Position Summary
The SEO Senior Manager is a strategic growth driver and thought leader responsible for elevating organic performance across client programs and internal delivery teams. This role combines hands-on SEO expertise with cross-functional leadership to embed scalable SEO capabilities within 2X’s campaign delivery engine and Center of Excellence ( CoE ).
You will lead SEO strategy, execution, and capability development—ensuring organic growth is tightly integrated into ABM, demand generation, and content operations initiatives. You will also be a key contributor to our CoE , building best practices, frameworks, and enablement models that power long-term marketing performance.
Role & Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- - Own and drive comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO for B2B clients.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, campaigns, web, ops) to deliver SEO programs that align with ABM and demand gen efforts.
- - Define search-focused keyword clusters and content structures to drive measurable growth across the funnel.
- - Act as a strategic advisor to internal and client stakeholders on SEO priorities, roadmap, and business impact.
SEO Capability & CoE Development
- - Build scalable frameworks, QA processes, and SEO playbooks to embed best practices across all delivery workflows.
- - Lead internal enablement programs for writers, strategists, and web teams to elevate SEO fluency across the organization.
- - Spearhead innovation in our SEO offering — exploring schema, AI-powered optimization, and new search experiences (e.g., SGE, voice search).
- - Contribute to the broader CoE roadmap, developing reusable modules, and codifying operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Data Analytics, Communications, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
- - 5–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a B2B or agency setting, with proven results driving performance at scale.
- - Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search intent frameworks.
- - Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms: Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs , Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Looker/BI tools.
- - Experience optimizing sites built on WordPress, Sitecore, and other CMS platforms.
- - Comfortable managing SEO roadmaps across multiple accounts or web properties.
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence internal teams and client stakeholders.
- - Ability to translate SEO concepts into business impact, demonstrating how organic visibility supports lead generation and growth objectives .
- - Passion for continuous learning and evolving with the latest in search engine algorithms and digital trends.
