Position Title: Regional Sales Analyst (Senior Manager, Sales Planning & Insights)

Reports to: Head of Sales Operations
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, this role is critical in shaping how Toll manages sales performance across the organisation, supporting the Global Head of Sales Operations in driving standardised sales cadences, forecast accuracy, and actionable insights.
As an experienced professional in Sales Planning & Insights, Planning Specialist, this role will be responsible for conceptualising and implementing reporting frameworks, forecast models, and performance insights that enable data-driven decision making. Partnering closely with a dedicated Reporting Specialist (Power BI/Tableau), this role will design, evolve, and embed reporting that underpins global pipeline reviews, quota (budget) performance, and win-rate analysis. This is a high-impact role that works across regions and senior leadership teams to ensure sales strategy is aligned to execution.
