About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Manager, Total Rewards to support the development, implementation, and governance of our total rewards agenda across compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition, job architecture, and performance management. You will translate our rewards philosophy into practical policies, guidelines, and recommendations that support talent attraction, retention, performance differentiation, internal equity, and financial sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
Total Rewards Framework & Governance
- Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of total rewards frameworks, policies, and governance principles.
- Ensure proposals are appropriately reviewed, exceptions documented, and recommendations aligned with approved policies.
Compensation Design & Analysis
- Develop salary ranges, job grades, pay positioning, merit guidelines, and variable pay recommendations supported by market benchmarking.
- Conduct job evaluation, job sizing, and job architecture work across business units.
- Support the annual rewards cycle – frameworks, budget analysis, calibration materials, and approval documentation.
Performance Management & Rewards Linkage
- Support performance calibration, rating distribution analysis, and performance‑linked rewards recommendations.
- Ensure performance outcomes are applied fairly and consistently.
Rewards Advisory & Stakeholder Support
- Provide advisory support on hiring offers, salary proposals, promotions, retention risks, and off‑cycle adjustments.
- Prepare rewards analysis, insights, and papers for senior management review.
Benefits & Wellbeing Governance
- Support the review and governance of benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and compliance.
Metrics, Reporting & Insights
- Monitor total rewards metrics – market positioning, compa‑ratio, pay equity, budget utilisation, promotion rate, incentive distribution, and exception rate.
Job Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR specialist roles.
- Consultancy background preferred – Big Four, global HR consultancy, or specialist rewards advisory firm (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Hands‑on experience in compensation analysis, salary structure review, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and annual rewards cycles.
- Experience supporting performance management cycles – calibration, rating distribution, and performance differentiation.
- Strong analytical capability – able to interpret market data and translate into practical recommendations.
- Strong governance mindset – documentation, controls, auditability, and confidentiality.
- Experience in a fast‑growing, regulated, technology, financial services, fintech, or multi‑entity organisation is preferred.
- Professional certification in compensation, benefits, or rewards is an added advantage.
