To continue in their efforts of quality improvement, they are looking for a Senior Quality & Risk Management Manager to join and lead their team with best practices.

Your new role

The Senior Manager of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for leading hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role oversees risk management programs, including incident investigations, infection control, and safety protocols, while also supporting administrative functions and strategic planning. The manager plays a key role in staff education, accreditation readiness, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Significant experience in healthcare quality & risk management, with exposure to MSQH or JCI accreditations
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare regulations.
• Proven experience in leading large teams across different specialisms
