The ideal candidate will take product responsibility as a production manager for the ramp-up and high-volume production of Magnetic Sensing Systems, acting as the key interface between Business and Operations. With at least 9 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and proven project management skills, they will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and drive improvements in cost, quality, and volume. The candidate will also be responsible for leading change/transfer projects, managing escalations, and utilizing problem-solving methodologies to achieve targets and milestones.
