This renowned Investment Holding company is seeking a proactive Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards to join its diverse business. This company holds significant interests in telco, media, property, and O&G companies. Due to market growth, a Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards is needed to drive Performance & Rewards strategy.
Your new role
You will lead Performance Management cycles, maintain the People Analytics Dashboard, and advise the business on Performance & Rewards strategy. You will be trusted to front stakeholders independently but also perform analytics and create reports. Additionally, the company is anticipating Job Evaluation, Salary Benchmarking, and System Migration projects in the near future.
