Performance Management & Learning Development
Oversee the performance management framework to drive employee growth and accountability.
Implement leadership development and training programs to build future healthcare leaders.
Develop succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity.

Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Group HR policies.
HR Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with Group HR policies.
Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions as required.
Hospital License
Responsible for overseeing the submission of Hospital License renewal and submission of documents for all renovations, new services, and relocation of services that will affect the hospital's license.
Uniform Management
Administer and monitor adherence to Group Uniform Policy & Guidelines.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
Experience handling JCI and MSQH Audit.
Experience in healthcare, medical centers, or hospitals is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the unique HR challenges and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire, develop, and collaborate effectively with other stakeholders.
