JOB SUMMARY
Lead team member(s) to design a high-performing organisation design by using the various tools in the OD, JA, JE, Position Management, and Workforce Planning areas
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall:
- Advise management on organizational design, mobility, and job evaluation strategy as well as implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on organisational design, mobility, and job evaluation principles
- Build strong relationships with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational design, mobility, and job evaluation practices.
- Lead presentation to management on OD, JE & Mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to job evaluations, organizational structures, and talent mobility
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of organizational changes on business performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Organisational Design (OD):
- Analyse current organisational structures and develop recommendations for improvements.
- Design and implement organizational frameworks that support business transformation and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and optimize roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships.
- Lead manpower planning projects to support business needs and objectives including the creation of posts and job analysis
Employee Mobility:
- Develop and manage a Talent Mobility Plan to support talent development and business needs.
- Oversee the redeployment, relocation and propose placement for staff promotion .
- Ensure mobility policies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Evaluation (JE):
- Conduct and oversee job evaluations to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with market benchmarks.
- Lead sessions together with HR business partners to engage department heads, and other stakeholders in OD and JE discussions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or relevant fields recognised by the Malaysian Government from any local or abroad higher learning institutions or a qualification recognized as equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or Specialist.
- Previous experience in Organisation Design
- Proven competence in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work in a team, committed and able to complete tasks in a short time
- Have experience in all the above tasks will be given priority
