Job Opportunity: Manager/Senior Manager Marketing & Sales (Property Development)

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for property and results-driven marketing? We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Marketing & Sales team in driving project success, meeting sales targets, and boosting profitability. In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing and sales strategies for our property projects, ensuring timely delivery and strong market performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a good rapport and healthy relationship with the relevant Stakeholders.
• Oversee timely launches, implementation of sales & marketing strategies/campaigns, pricing strategies and A&P collaterals for all assigned developments within UEM Sunrise Group.
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to meet marketing objectives and sales targets.
• Monitor, track and evaluate overall sales & marketing budget spend to ensure cost effectiveness and optimize marketing reach to achieve KPI deliveries and high ROI.
• Identify marketing opportunities/channels by understanding consumer requirements; stays up to date with market trends and competitor's analysis to capitalise on opportunities to increase market share.
• Develop and communicate marketing concepts effectively to consultants, provide development briefs & standards and monitor the materials including model, artist impressions, brochures, advertisement etc.
• Train, coach, motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure the meeting of sales target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent.
• More than 10 years of experience with at least 7 years’ of experience in marketing and sales preferably in the property development industry or equivalent
• Possess good knowledge on authority approval/procedures and well versed in property sales process.
• Able to build solid rapport with clients and business associates.
• A good blend of Task driven and People orientation with a pleasant Personality. Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
