Job Description
Key Accountabilities
  1. Conceptualize, plan, implement, and monitor various marketing and communication activities to support revenue generation and strengthen the mall's industry position.
  2. Ensure all income channels are implemented, monitored, and reviewed to maximize income and develop new channels.
  3. Manage the leasing of the mall’s promotional or exhibition spaces, advertising panels, push carts, and kiosks in line with SOPs.
  4. Control departmental expenses according to operational needs.
  5. Prepare the annual budget and forecasts as required by management.
  6. Plan and execute marketing, promotion, and thematic events, including creative concepts to increase shopper traffic.
  7. Establish good communication with tenants and explore collaboration opportunities.
  8. Manage the mall website and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  9. Collaborate with Group Marcom and support group initiatives, mall events, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Media, Art Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Interest and passion for the shopping mall business; experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
  4. Creative, dynamic, resourceful, with good media and promotional contacts.
  5. Knowledge of advertising, public relations, media, branding, or graphic design is advantageous.
  6. Ability to work strategically and tactically, detail-oriented, capable of executing campaigns thoroughly.
  7. Location: 3 Damansara, Petaling Jaya
