We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – Project Management to lead and oversee the full cycle of our property development projects – from concept to completion. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong technical knowledge, project execution skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead and manage the full development lifecycle – from feasibility, planning, authority approvals, design coordination, tender, construction, to project handover.

Drive project delivery to meet targets in terms of timeline, budget, and quality.

Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance are met.

Prepare and present regular project reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to management.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Degree in Civil Engineering.

8 – 15 years of experience in property development, with proven end-to-end project exposure in property developer.

Preferably with experience in a Civil & Structural (C&S) consultancy firm.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results under pressure.

Strong knowledge of authority approval processes, construction standards, and contract management.

Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Professional Engineer (PE) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
