Senior Manager/Manager (Investment & Acquisition)
Key Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, etc., are an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in investment or corporate strategy roles involving valuation and acquisition.
- Experience in driving renewable energy asset acquisitions and business growth.
- Support in valuations and investment analysis.
- Manage corporate strategy and formulate annual business plans.

Job Purpose
- Responsible for Financial Modelling (FM) related to acquisition and divestment of companies with existing renewable energy assets or projects.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Financial Models across all business segments.
- Review individual FMs for business proposals with segment heads.
- Assess and streamline FMs for all Investment Committee (IC) papers.
- Manage the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Handle initiatives related to Corporate Strategy.
- Report to the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy (dotted line) on the development and management of the Group’s Annual Operating Plan and Balanced Scorecard (Corporate KPI).
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy
- Support initiatives related to Corporate Strategy.
- Report on the annual planning of the Group’s Business Plan and Balanced Scorecard.
- Monitor overall company performance.
- Develop the Group’s Business Plan annually, including:
- Coordinate with management and business units for input.
- Coordinate with Finance on projections and budgets.
- Develop and track the Corporate Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and KPIs, including:
- Communication and tracking across teams/business units.
- Identify gaps and work with units to address issues.
Business Development
- Lead the business development team in strategic acquisitions of renewable energy assets/projects.
- Ensure all Financial Models are maintained and reviewed regularly.
- Review FMs for proposals with segment heads.
- Assess and streamline FMs for IC papers.
- Represent the company in commercial negotiations related to acquisitions and divestments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
