Senior Manager, Leasing & Marketing (Selangor)

Responsible to propose and secure mall location for the prospective tenants.

Manage the Leasing & Marketing Team of each individual mall in planning and implementing tenancy mix in the respective mall.

Identify and shortlist suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall.

Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate the lease and finalize the rental and other terms and conditions of the offer letter.

To negotiate the best terms in the tenancy agreements, whether new or renewal with details that safeguard the company and ensure accuracy during preparation of documents.

Coordinate and follow through leasing documents / proposals and payment procedures until deal is sealed.

Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms; follow up through execution to the opening of the store in respective malls.

Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship by resolving any tenant requirements and concerns that may arise as soon as possible in the interest for the respective malls.

Supervise in preparing and maintaining of the tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transactions.

Monitor closely on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and insurance as well as monitor and analyze tenants' sales and overall performance.

Other job related duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirements:

Possess Degree or Diploma in any field.

Minimum 8-10 years working experience in shopping complex tenants leasing, tenancy management/administration and credit control is a MUST.

Analytical with strong communication and writing skills.

Resourceful and self-motivated.
