As the Senior Manager, Inventory Management & Planning APAC, lead innovative inventory strategies across the APAC region, managing over 85,000 SKUs in the dynamic B2B e-commerce space. Optimize planning processes, enhance S&OP, and drive cost efficiency while collaborating with global and regional teams. Mentor a talented team, embrace new technologies, and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement regional inventory strategies, define policies like safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment strategies, aligning with e-commerce B2B needs.
2. Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Oversee demand and supply planning, collaborate with global teams to improve forecast accuracy, and implement analytics for efficiency. Lead the regional S&OP process to align supply chain with demand and financial goals.
3. Inventory Solutions & Process Improvements: Drive continuous improvement, evaluate new technologies, and develop VMI programs to enhance inventory turnover and customer satisfaction.
4. Performance Management & Cost Control: Establish KPIs, analyze discrepancies, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service levels.
5. Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance, conduct audits, develop policies for SLOB management, and lead team development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications for Success

• Proven experience leading regional inventory initiatives, especially in high-SKU-count businesses within B2B e-commerce supply chains.
• Strong skills with demand planning tools, ERP systems, and analytics.
• Experience managing global supply networks, including VMI programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Supply chain certifications like APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation in inventory planning.
• Regional or global supply chain experience in a multinational environment.
